All dimensions are to studs or bottom plates and to the center of the drain pipe to the nearest 1/16 inch

We will deduct 1/8" at each wall for clearance to install the base.

Drain center must be at least 6" from wall.

Patterns with linear grain will run parallel to the longest side.
